Terms of Use – Internship Program (As per NEP 2020)
By enrolling in the Internship Program conducted under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the student agrees to comply with the following Terms of Use:
1. Eligibility
The internship is open only to students enrolled in undergraduate programs as per NEP-2020 guidelines.
Eligibility shall be determined by the concerned college/university/institution.
2. Nature of Internship
This internship is part of experiential and credit-based learning under NEP-2020.
The internship may include field work, project work, documentation, surveys, mentoring sessions, and report submission.
Completion of the internship does not guarantee employment.
3. Duration & Credit Compliance
The internship duration and credit structure (e.g., 60 hours = 4 Credits) shall be followed strictly as prescribed by NEP-2020 / University guidelines.
Students must complete all required hours, tasks, and assessments to be eligible for certification/credit.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students are required to:
Attend sessions and complete assigned tasks sincerely.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Submit reports, assignments, geo-tagged photographs, and other documents on time.
Follow instructions issued by mentors, coordinators, and institutions.
5. Attendance & Performance
Minimum attendance and performance standards must be met.
Incomplete participation may lead to non-issuance of certificate and academic credit.
6. Certification
Internship Certificate / Evaluation Report shall be issued only after successful completion of all requirements.
Partial or discontinued participation shall not be eligible for certification.
7. Fees & Refund
Internship fees, once paid, are governed by the Refund Policy of the organization.
Students are advised to read the Refund Policy carefully before enrollment.
8. Code of Conduct
Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, falsification of data, misbehavior, or violation of institutional rules may result in:
Immediate termination from the internship
Cancellation of certificate
No refund of fees
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, data, content, and materials created during the internship may be used by the organizing institution for academic and documentation purposes.
Students shall not claim ownership or misuse such materials.
10. Use of Data & Media
The institution may use student data, photographs, geo-tagged images, and internship outcomes for academic records, reports, and promotional purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
The organizing institution shall not be responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage during field work or online activities, except as required by law.
Students participate at their own responsibility.
12. Amendments
The institution reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use in compliance with NEP-2020, UGC, University, or Government guidelines.
Updated terms shall be binding upon publication or notification.
13. Governing Authority
These Terms of Use shall be governed by applicable Indian laws and relevant academic regulations.
The decision of the organizing institution shall be final and binding in all matters.
